Anne started their career in 1995 at Intracorp, where they worked as a Provider Recruitment and Relations specialist, providing customer service and resolving contractual and payment issues. Anne then took on various roles at Intracorp, including National Account Coordinator and Senior Business Analyst, where they analyzed business needs, created stewardship reports, and supported account management.

In 2010, Anne joined GENEX Services, Inc. as the Director of Information Management. In this role, they led a team of business analyst professionals, providing guidance on analyzing customer program outcomes and developing stewardship strategies.
