Jamal Small is an accomplished Executive Chef currently leading culinary operations at Coventry. Starting their culinary journey in high school, Jamal pursued a degree in culinary arts at the College of the Bahamas and completed a four-year apprenticeship at Kerzner International Resort. Over the years, they have held various prestigious roles, including Executive Chef at CMB Coventry Ltd and Corporate Chef at Sysco Bahamas Food Services, and have been recognized with numerous awards, including Chef of the Year at the Beef Taste of the Caribbean. Passionate about culinary excellence, Jamal continues to inspire and elevate the culinary scene, drawing from the influence of renowned chefs throughout their career.
