Daniel Dell

Daniel Dell is an experienced professional in commercial enablement and product training, currently serving as Team Lead for Commercial Enablement at Coveo since June 2019. With a focus on strategy and go-to-market excellence, Daniel leads a team that creates impactful learning experiences and drives the adoption of key initiatives. Previous roles at Coveo include Senior Product Enablement Manager and Technical Enablement Manager, where responsibilities included collaborating with Product Management and developing customer training programs. Prior to Coveo, Daniel held positions at Ignite Collaboration Services Group Inc. as Manager of Education & Adoption and at Allstream as Senior Training Specialist, where Daniel specialized in providing high-quality training solutions across various sectors. Daniel also has a background in contact center management from Sitel and holds a degree in Audio Engineering from Recording Arts Canada.
