Tim Callahan

Tim Callahan is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Board Member for the Technology Association of Georgia and Chairman of the Board for the National Technology Security Coalition since January 2017. Additionally, Tim holds an Advisory Board position at Covered Security and serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer at Aflac. Past leadership roles include Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank and First Vice President for Technology Risk Management and CISO at People's United Financials, Inc. Tim's military background includes service in the United States Air Force, where roles encompassed Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Command EOD Functional Manager. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College and an Associate of Science degree in Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
