Greg Wintering

Greg Wintering is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Covered Insurance since June 2024. Previously, Greg held the position of Staff Engineer at LeanDog, where consulting work was performed for Sherwin-Williams, and also worked at Magellan Health as a Senior Consulting .NET Engineer. Greg's career includes roles as a Senior Developer/Architect at multiple companies, including LeanDog and Level Seven Group, and a Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Quadax, Inc. Additionally, Greg has research experience as a Physics Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, where significant contributions were made to various projects, including the Dark Energy Survey collaboration. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with a minor in Philosophy from The Ohio State University in 2008.
