Carlos Silva

Carlos Silva has a long history of working in the technology industry. Carlos began their career in 2006 as a Software Developer at ARMIS. In 2012 they co-founded Bitmaker Software and served as a Software Engineer. In 2020 they joined Coverflex as the Head of Technology. At Coverflex, they are on a mission to improve the way companies compensate their people, making it more transparent, flexible and easier for everyone to make the most of what they get.

Carlos Silva attended the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto from 2001 to 2006, earning a Graduate degree in Informatics & Computer Engineering. Carlos also attended the KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2005 as part of an Erasmus program, studying Software Engineering.
