Mylène Silva has a diverse work experience, having held positions at various companies since 2013. Mylène began their career as the Founder of Etibene, followed by a role as a Training Specialist and B2B Customer Service Agent - French Speaker at armatis-lc. In 2014, they joined Farfetch as an Ecommerce Operations Project Manager, Ecommerce Partner Success, and Ecommerce Partner Service. In 2019, they were a Product Manager Products at Parfois. In 2020, they held roles as a Consultant at GLG and Brand Development Lead and Brand Executive at HUUB. In 2021, they were a Customer Experience Lead at A.P. Moller - Maersk, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Head of Customer Success at Coverflex.
Mylène Silva has completed a Licenciatura in Ciências da Educação from Faculde de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação between 2009 and 2012. Mylène then completed a Licentiate degree in Ciências da Educação from Université Paris-Sorbonne between 2011 and 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Master's degree in Economia Social from Universidade do Minho. More recently, they have been enrolled in a Curso in Project Management at Winning Academy since 2017.
