Head of Growth Marketing at Coverflex

Pedro Costa has been working in the marketing field since 2015. Pedro began their career as a Growth Marketer at Galerias Macieira & Silva. In 2017, they became the Head of Growth at Kide Fashion, where they were responsible for managing a team of 3 and acquiring/activating potential customers using B2C strategies. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Growth at Nutrium, where they were responsible for leading a team of 6 to explore their product-led motion globally. Pedro also took on the role of Acquisition & Growth Trainer at Factory Braga. In 2020, they started their own blog, pedromscosta.com, where they share their vision and learnings about all things growth, tech, and startups. Currently, they are the Head of Growth Marketing at Coverflex, where they manage a team of 6 and leads all the processes, experiments, and results across growth/revenue operations, account based marketing, demand gen, new account activation/monetization, product led motion, and engineered/rev growth.

Pedro Costa has a diverse educational background. In 2011, they completed a Licenciatura em Relações Internacionais from Universidade do Minho, followed by a Bachlor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from The Philipp University of Marburg in 2014. From 2016 to 2017, they completed a Conversion Optimization Program from CXL, and from 2017 to 2018 they completed a Digital Psychology & Persuasion Minidegree Program from CXL. In 2018, they completed a Pós-Graduação em Marketing e Estratégia from Universidade do Minho, and in 2021 they completed a Backend Engineer program from Codecademy. Most recently, they completed an Advanced Growth Strategy from Reforge in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from CXL Institute, DataCamp, and Mode.
