Michelle Downs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the retail and insurance industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager at CoVerica Insurance since October 2019, Michelle previously held the position of Assistant Manager at White House Black Market, where skills in customer service, NPS scores, employee training, and daily store management were honed. Prior experience includes working as a Service Agent at Goosehead Insurance Agency, where Michelle contributed as a licensed Insurance Agent in a call center environment. Michelle Downs began formal education at Saddleback College from 1987 to 1989.
