Covert Recruiting >>> Real partners to CFOs and finance leaders to build high-performing Finance and FP&A teams.

WHO DO WE SERVE?
We support the direct hire recruiting efforts of growth-minded companies scaling their finance function.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHALLENGES?
• You’re a CFO, founder, or executive who knows the business is only as strong as the finance team behind it, but hiring the right talent is time-consuming and high-stakes.
• You need to scale FP&A, accounting, or strategic finance, with limited time or resources to do the actual process of recruiting and REAL consequences if you don’t.
• You’re hiring for critical roles where the wrong hire impacts reporting, forecasting, & business decisions.

WHO DO WE PLACE
• Finance & FP&A talent > CFOs, VPs of Finance, FP&A leaders, Controllers, & Senior Analysts with 25+ years of collective recruiting experience.
• We connect with individuals who have been part of successful founding teams, thriving in lean, high-pressure environments where their performance directly impacted the company’s success. These candidates are different from those who prefer structured roles with very clear & outlined job descriptions. They drive rapid growth in highly dynamic & ambiguous settings.

HOW DO WE DO IT?
•You have had plenty of interactions with recruiters, so you get the idea. I'd describe our style as recruiters as relentless talent hunters & managers that like to smartly control as many variables to ensure success - but never come across as over-aggressive sales weirdos. A good recipe!

WHAT RESULTS CAN YOU EXPECT?
• You’ll get true hands on, recruiting strategy, tailored to the unique hiring needs of early stage and growth mode companies.
• You get a recruiting team invested in your success, with specialized skills & expertise, who aim for long term partnership.
• We rely on that strong relationship to tell the best stories, & blend in key market data to help drive decision making.
