André Rittermeier is the Head of Innovation & Sustainability APAC at Covestro, having held the position since 2023. They previously worked as the Plant Manager for Covestro's TDI plant in Europe and managed start-up operations for a new chemical plant in China. With extensive experience in catalysis and laboratory management, André has held various roles at Covestro and Bayer Technology Services, and has supported numerous projects in advanced chemical processes. Their academic foundation includes a Dr. rer. nat. in Chemistry from Ruhr University Bochum.
