Cai Tom

Cai Tom is a Senior HSEQ Expert at Covestro, with many years of experience in EHSQ at multinational companies. Cai began their career as a researcher at 张家港三惠化工 from 2002 to 2004 and then worked as a process engineer at 阿科玛 from 2004 to 2006. Since 2006, Cai has been honing their expertise at 科思创, where they establish safety procedures, conduct audits, and offer consultancy in safety-related fields. Cai holds a Bachelor's degree in fine chemical from Nanjing University of Technology, awarded in 2002.
