Daniel Steinbusch

Daniel Steinbusch is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Lead IP Counsel for Engineering Plastics at Covestro since December 2018, Daniel has held various titles including Senior IP Counsel and Head of IP Management for CA, ELA, and TPU, as well as IP Counsel. Prior to joining Covestro, Daniel worked as a Patentanwalt and European Patent Attorney at thyssenkrupp Intellectual Property GmbH from February 2017 to November 2018, and at ISENBRUCK BÖSL HÖRSCHLER LLP from August 2003 to January 2017. Daniel holds a Dr. rer. nat. and Diplom in Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University, completed in 2003.
