David Lin is the Head of HSEQ at Covestro Taiwan and has been in this role since 2015. Prior to this position, David served as an HSEQ Manager at Bayer for a brief period in 2015, where they focused on quality control and environmental regulations. David's earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at TSMC and a Researcher at 台灣石化合成 from 2004 to 2008. They hold a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tunghai University, earned from 2000 to 2003.
