Gary Griswold

Gary Griswold has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on extrusion processes and materials such as polyurethane and polycarbonate. Gary has held various managerial roles throughout their career, including Head of Production & Technology at Covestro, where they improved processes and managed talent. Gary also served as Manager of Engineering & Maintenance/ Plant Engineer at Covestro, where they implemented Lean concepts to optimize operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Manager/ Project Engineer at Sheffield Plastics, managing capital projects and overseeing polycarbonate sheet extrusion lines. Gary also has experience as the Manager of the Hampshire Plant at Stevens Urethane Corp., where they were responsible for various departments and budgets. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Tube Products Inc/ McCormick & Company, leading multiple functions and managing new product introductions. Gary began their career at General Electric Plastics as a Technical Leader, where they achieved significant productivity improvements and led global technical introductions.

Gary Griswold obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Western New England University until 1991.
