Greg Chapman

Greg Chapman has extensive experience in chemical engineering and process excellence, primarily with Covestro since May 1984. Currently serving as the PUR PET Technology Engineering Subject Matter Expert and Director of PUR Chemical Engineering Technology Engineering Americas, Greg has held various leadership roles, including Global Leader in Polyether for operations and metrics implementation at Bayer MaterialScience. Previous positions include leadership roles in the Polyether Technology Center for Europe and Asia, and Director of the PUR Chemical Engineering Technology Center for Americas. Earlier career experience encompasses roles as Production Manager and Process Engineer at Mobay Chemical Company and its successors. Greg holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Goethe-Zertifikat C1 in German from the Goethe-Institute.
