Ivan Escalante

Ivan Escalante has extensive experience in the plastics and chemical industries, having held significant leadership roles in companies such as Covestro and DuPont. At Covestro, from February 2017 to May 2022, Ivan served as the PCS Country Representative, overseeing business unit performance in Mexico, managing the commercial operations team, and contributing to the country council. Prior to that, Ivan held multiple positions at DuPont, including Engineering Plastics Head for Mexico and LATAM, and various roles in sales and marketing across the Latin America North region. Ivan's expertise includes P&L management, strategy implementation, project pipeline management, and the development of cross-functional teams. Ivan holds an MBA in Marketing from Universidad Anahuac and a degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering from ITESM.
