Johan Otte is an experienced maintenance management professional with a strong background in various industrial settings. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Covestro since April 2021, Johan previously held the same position at DSM Coating Resins from April 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, Johan worked at Tata Steel in Europe from April 2013 to March 2019, where roles included Onderhoudsmanager Hoogoven 7 and Onderhoudsmanager Bedrijfsinstallaties. Johan's career began at O-I as a General Maintenance Supervisor and Engineering Trainee, following a traineeship at Lankhorst Sneek and a role as a database developer at De Boer Industrietechniek.
