Kathy Decker has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, currently serving as a Contractor - Lead Buyer at DSM Engineering Materials since May 2022 and as a Contractor at Covestro since July 2021. Prior to these roles, Kathy was a Retiree and Sourcing Manager-Indirect at DSM from February 2014, and held the position of Sr. Sourcing Specialist at Whirlpool Corporation from October 2002 to January 2013, where responsibilities included implementing electronic controls for new model launches in North America. Kathy also served as Director of Purchasing at MGM Grand Detroit Casino from 2000 to 2002 and at Casino Aztar from June 1995 to August 2000. Kathy earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Evansville between 1994 and 1997.
