Mathias Matner is the Head of Sustainability and Advocacy for BE Coatings, Adhesives, and Specialties at Covestro. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager in R&D at Covestro and held leadership roles in business development and R&D at Bayer MaterialScience and PolymerLatex. Mathias completed a Dr. rer. nat. in Chemistry at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and is currently pursuing a Vordiplom in Chemistry at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. Additionally, they hold a European Adhesive Engineer certification from IFAM Bremen.
