Rose Chen

Rose Chen serves as the Head of Law, Intellectual Property & Compliance at Covestro since April 2021, overseeing a legal team that supports multiple operations in Taiwan, providing expertise in corporate governance, M&A, procurement contracts, intellectual property rights, and compliance training. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at Covestro, where legal support was provided for merger integration and corporate projects, as well as tenure at DSM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chagar Music, White & Case LLP, and the World Health Organization, gaining extensive experience in legal matters across various sectors. Rose Chen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
