Stephan Stark

Stephan Stark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Head of Plant Engineering & Technology Management at Covestro since April 2019, overseeing a team of 180 employees and managing diverse operational areas such as central workshops and contractor management. Prior to this role, Stephan held various leadership positions at Lufthansa Technik AG from July 1997 to April 2019, including Head of Technical Cooperation Management and Head of Contract Management, where responsibilities ranged from organizing base maintenance events and managing significant financial turnovers to leading contract negotiations and quality control processes. Stephan holds a Master of Business and Engineering from the University for Applied Sciences Wedel and a degree in Aircraft Construction from the University for Applied Sciences Hamburg.
