Ted Frick is a retired Global R&D Head from Covestro LLC, having dedicated over 25 years to the polymer materials industry. They have held various roles, including Vice President of Polyurethanes Research & Development and Regional Product Management, leading over 70 researchers and driving innovation in the field. With a strong educational background that includes a B.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Ted is also committed to STEM education, serving on the steering committee of Covestro's educational outreach and on the Board of ASSET STEM Education. Ted's international experience spans assignments in Europe and responsibilities for Mexico and Latin America.
