Watson boasts over 41 years of experience in the coatings, adhesives, and specialty materials sector, most notably with Bayer MaterialScience, where various roles included Director of Global Key Account Management. Throughout a 36-year tenure at Bayer, C.B. Watson held multiple sales and marketing positions, contributing to the establishment of a global key account management team and gaining extensive experience in training and mentoring sales professionals. Prior to this, a three-year stint at Sherwin-Williams Company as Business Unit Manager involved responsibilities for P&L, development, and marketing of a new specialized product line. C.B. Watson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Ohio University.
