Windy Luo has extensive experience in procurement within the chemical and materials industry, currently serving as the Head of CI Procurement APAC at 科思创 since August 2005. Key responsibilities include participating in the Steering Committee for investment projects, establishing effective procurement processes, ensuring resource allocation for ongoing projects, and aligning cross-functionally with stakeholders.
