Xiaolu Pan is an accomplished IT and digital transformation leader with extensive experience in managing technology initiatives across Asia and the APAC region. Beginning at GE Energy Connections as an Asia IT Project Manager, Xiaolu progressed to roles such as Regional CIO for Industrial Solutions Asia, where leadership of an IT team supported a $250 million business. After a tenure at bp as Digital Innovation Leader and Venture Principal focused on low carbon transition and digital technologies, Xiaolu took on the position of APAC Chief Information and Digital Officer at 科思创, overseeing IT and digital transformation efforts across the region. Xiaolu's academic background includes two Master's degrees in Computer Application from Wuhan University.
