Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith has a diverse work experience. Amanda started their career at Henry Schein Animal Health in 2008 as a Customer Service Administrator, where they opened and maintained customer accounts. Amanda then worked as a Customer Service Advisor, dealing with customer queries and complaints. Amanda later became an IT Customer Support Advisor, providing hardware setup and support to customers with IT issues. Amanda joined Covetrus UK in 2016 as a Data Analyst, responsible for analyzing data. Amanda then transitioned to the role of Salesforce Champion, where they demonstrated expertise in Salesforce. Amanda is currently working at Covetrus UK as a Customer Data Lead, managing customer data.
