KC Cook is the Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Covetrus, where they are responsible for executing go-to-market and strategic initiatives. With a focus on cross-functional collaboration, KC drives successful market launches and champions a customer-centric approach through AI and automation. They have previously held various roles at Covetrus, including their recent nomination to a strategic transformation team, and have experience at IBM managing global programs and offering lifecycles. KC holds a Graduate Certification in Human Factors in User Experience from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in Professional/Technical Writing from the University of Maine.
