Will Rowan

Will Rowan has extensive work experience in the field of technology and architecture. Starting in 1999 as a Sales Engineer at MicroStrategy and later as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern Maine, they gained valuable knowledge and skills. Will then became the CIO at Nationwide Payments for nearly a decade before moving on to own and operate Sound Solutions Therapy with their wife. After closing the clinic in 2014, they joined Vets First Choice as a Technical Architect and later became the Principal Software Architect. In 2015, they became a Town Councilor for the Town of Scarborough. Will also started their own consulting firm, Sound Solutions Technology, specializing in Agile Software Development, Cloud Architecture, and Information Security. In 2016, they returned to Vets First Choice as the Director of Software Development before joining Covetrus as a Principal Enterprise Architect. Will then progressed to the role of Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture, and currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture for Global Technology Solutions at Covetrus.

Will Rowan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University from 1995 to 1999. Will pursued a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Southern Maine from 2002 to 2004. Will also attended Phillips Exeter Academy and Greely High School, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for these institutions.
