Samantha Fyfe has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Samantha began their career as an Executive Assistant at Willis Towers Watson, where they supported the CEO of Oxford Global. Samantha then joined SKOUT CYBERSECURITY, where they held multiple positions, including Customer Success Associate, Communications and Operations Associate, and eventually Executive Assistant. At SKOUT CYBERSECURITY, they handled tasks such as customer onboarding, resolving customer issues, managing incoming calls and emails, and coordinating with different departments. Following this, Samantha worked at Dynamixx Fitness as a Pilates Instructor. Later, they joined SKOUT CYBERSECURITY (Acquired by Barracuda) as a Customer Success Manager, overseeing the customer service department's day-to-day operations. Most recently, Samantha worked at Barracuda as a Cyber Support Manager and Regional Manager MSP Partner Success. Samantha currently holds the position of Customer Success Outcomes Manager at Coveware.

Samantha Fyfe has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Samantha also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the same institute. In addition to their formal education, Samantha has obtained certifications in Introduction to Cyber Security from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering in April 2019, and in CPNYC from Core Pilates NYC in April 2015.
