Jonathan Shaper, MBA, is a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and technology executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity, governance, and risk initiatives across various industries including critical infrastructure and financial services. Currently serving as the Head of Information Security and Governance at Covia, Jonathan has successfully led significant security transformations and collaborations to enhance organizational resilience and cybersecurity posture. Previously, Jonathan held roles such as IT Auditor at FirstEnergy and Sr. Audit Analyst at Fidelity Investments, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. They are passionate about fostering inclusive cultures and advancing ethical AI practices while mentoring high-performing teams throughout their career.
