Mark Plotkin is a distinguished attorney and educator with extensive experience in the legal field. Since October 1987, Mark has served as a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP. Additionally, Mark has held the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center since January 2008.
