Mark Plotkin

Mark Plotkin is a distinguished attorney and educator with extensive experience in the legal field. Since October 1987, Mark has served as a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP. Additionally, Mark has held the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center since January 2008. Prior to these roles, Mark gained valuable experience as a Consultant/Instructor at Time Life and as a Research Assistant at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research. Early career roles included positions as a Research Aide at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Mark also served as the International President of the B'nai B'rith Youth Organization's AZA chapter. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University, complemented by a strong educational foundation from Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, Maryland.
