Al Will

Al Will is currently the COO at Covius. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President at FirstKey Mortgage, LLC from February 2014 to June 2015. Al has also held positions as the Executive Vice President at Radian from January 1998 to December 2004, the Founder and Partner at Looking Glass Group, LLC from October 2008 to February 2014, the President of Lender Services at LandAmerica Financial Group from March 2005 to September 2008, and the Chief Operating Officer at Bank One Mortgage Corporation from January 1995 to January 1997. Al Will began their career as a Vice President at CS First Boston from January 1986 to January 1989 before moving on to Prudential Home Mortgage where they served as Executive Vice President from January 1989 to December 1995.

Al Will attended the University at Albany, SUNY where they received their Bachelor of Science.

Their manager is Rob Clements, Chairman & CEO. They work with Sheryl Johnson - General Counsel, Gary Beckenbaugh - Chief Information Officer, and John Surface - President & COO.
