Anne Thom

Anne Thom is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Covius. Anne has been with the company since 2017 and in their current role, they are responsible for supporting the organization of 1200 employees across 48 states and 13 facilities. Anne has led a team of 15 including regional HR Directors, Managers, Payroll Department as well as facilities. Anne has also formed and maintained strategic partnerships with leaders across the organization to support business and organization redesign and initiatives.

Anne has been with Covius during some major changes for the company, including 5 acquisitions and 1 divestiture. Anne was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, employee growth and learnings, employee relations, performance management and off-boarding during this time.

Before joining Covius, Anne was the Director of Human Resources at LenderLive Network from 2013 to 2017. Anne was also the Payroll Manager at Western Union from 2006 to 2013 and the Recruiting- Staffing at Telseon from 2000 to 2002. Anne started their career in 1999 as an HR Coordinator at FirstWorld Communications.

Anne Thom received their BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Anne also received their high school degree from Cherry Creek High School.
