Chadd Hird

Chadd Hird has a diverse work history starting in 2008. Chadd worked as a Site Leader at OpenWorld Learning for a few months before transitioning to a role as an Addiction Counselor at National Jewish Health. In 2009, they began working at LenderLive, where they held various positions including Mortgage Document Processor, Document Processing Team Lead, Project Coordinator, IT Project Manager, Finance and Accounting Project Manager, Manager of Sales Operations, and Director of Sales Operations. In 2018, Hird joined Walz Group, LLC. as the Managing Director, responsible for all aspects of the product line. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Covius, where they have experience both as a Vice President of Product Development and as a Vice President.

Chadd Hird obtained a BA degree in History and Classics from the University of Colorado Boulder, from 2003 to 2007. In November 2014, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
