Dario D'Urso

Dario D'urso has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Dario started their career in 1996 as an International Business Development Manager at Video On Line, where they played a key role in developing the first web email interface and establishing free internet connections for third-world countries. Dario then moved on to work as a New Media Manager at Media Queen, where they developed innovative online projects for the Italian State TV Broadcaster. In 1998, they joined Polivideo S.A as a Production Director, where they brought innovation by incorporating the use of the internet in live gaming shows.

In 2001, Dario took on the role of EVP Sales & Marketing at Gruppo CMT, where they spearheaded pioneering projects leveraging the power of online services. Dario later became the CEO of the company. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Founder Member of the International Hybrid Mail Coalition, launching an organization dedicated to advocating for hybrid mail communication models.

In 2012, Dario became the President of Xplor Italia, where they led business operations and strategic planning for an Electronic Document Systems company. Simultaneously, they joined Poligrafico Roggero & Tortia SpA as EVP Marketing and Global Business Development, where they successfully guided the internationalization of the company by expanding their network operations and onboarding international brands.

Moving forward, Dario served as SVP of Technology Document Solution at Mortgage Connect, LP, where they consulted on leveraging technology to optimize print and mail jobs for critical business and mortgage documents. Dario significantly increased the company's print volume and onboarded numerous new clients. More recently, they worked as a Senior Advisor & Strategist at Bizmill LLC, where they consulted on customer innovation projects and supported innovative startups.

Currently, Dario serves as the SVP Document Production Solutions at Covius Document Services, a role they started in 2023.

Dario D'urso has a Certification in Customer Experience from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, obtained in 2021. Dario also completed an Executive Career Development program in New Media at SDA Bocconi in 1997. In addition, Dario has a background in Statistics Science from Università degli Studi di Palermo, completed between 1984 and 1986. Dario has obtained multiple certifications, including "Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Customer Success Management" in 2021 and "Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement" in 2020, both from LinkedIn.
