James Braun

James Braun has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. James currently holds the position of SVP Information Technology at Covius since August 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Vertafore from February 2017 to June 2018. Braun also worked at Google for a significant period, starting in 2008 as the Director of Operations. During their time at Google, they were responsible for the continuity of the DoubleClick infrastructure and application suite and founded and led the Internal Acquisition Operations group. Before joining Google, Braun worked at DoubleClick, where they held the roles of Vice President of Advertiser Engineering and Vice President of Global Technology Operations. James additionally has experience in senior management positions at CSC and SIAC.

James Braun obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Scranton, graduating in 1983. James also acquired a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions Foundations from LinkedIn in 2018.
