Pedro Chim

Pedro Chim is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Application Support Manager at Covius, managing production applications and release deployments for a leading financial servicing provider since September 2021. Prior to this role, Pedro held several significant positions at Ephesoft, Inc., including Director of Customer Support, where oversight of global support operations and customer satisfaction initiatives were key responsibilities. Pedro also directed the creation of the Ephesoft Global Support Organization and managed IT operations during a time of growth. Other experience includes IT support roles at SACA Technologies, Affordable Portables, Brand Mortgage, and PJCTech, along with early career contributions in computer support at Woodlawn Elementary. Pedro holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
