Stan Deckard

Stan Deckard has a significant amount of experience in the field of database architecture and operations. Stan began their career in 1994 as a Business Systems Analyst at California State University, Long Beach, and later transitioned into the role of Database Administrator. In 1998, they joined Autobytel Inc. as a Sr. Database Administrator and eventually became the Sr. Manager of Database Operations, where they managed a team of administrators and engineers and supported a team of software developers. Stan was responsible for ensuring high availability of over 100 systems and implementing efficient infrastructure design. Deckard also has experience in project management, system and application upgrades, disaster recovery, and strategic planning. In 2009, they worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Local.com, and from 2010 to 2015, they served as an Information Technology Consultant at ServiceLink, a Black Knight company. Most recently, in 2016, Deckard joined Covius as the Director of IT, Data Services, where they managed database administration and reporting services teams and created and managed production support services. In April 2022, they were promoted to the position of VP, Database Architecture and Operations at Covius.

Stan Deckard attended California State University, Long Beach from 1990 to 1996, where they pursued studies in Computer Science and Management Information Systems.
