Anna George

Anna George has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Anna began their career as a volunteer for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in 2010, followed by an internship at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2014. In 2015, they became a Carlo Schmid Fellow at UNDOCO for the United Nations Development Group. From 2016-2017, they served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the United Nations Development Group Latin America Caribbean Regional Office. In 2017, they joined Gnosis as a BD Lead and Regional Manager Asia Pacific. Finally, in 2022, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of CoW Protocol.

Anna George completed a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Political Science, and Chinese from Freie Universität Berlin between 2011 and 2014. Anna then studied Chinese Studies at Nanjing University from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they earned a Master's Degree in MSc International Management for China from SOAS University of London.
