Fernanda Morgado

Fernanda Morgado has worked in the Human Resources field since 2001. Fernanda began their career at PressCell as a Bilingual Executive Secretary. In 2006, they joined Visagio as a Trainee and later became an HR Manager and Administrative Analyst. In 2014, they moved to Safran Helicopter Engines as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2018, they joined Gnosis as an HR Manager and Team Lead, and in 2022 they moved to CoW Protocol as a Senior People Manager and Team Lead. During their time at Visagio, they were invited by the leadership to collaborate on the implementation of the Marketing and Communication department and supported the conduction of 3 surveys from GPTW (Great Place to Work). Additionally, they coordinated the company's participation in several technical events related to the business and also internal events, such as workshops, internal celebrations, and more.

Fernanda Morgado has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - BBA from Universidade Gama Filho, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Fernanda then completed a Specialization in Human Resources from Ibmec in 2013-2014. Most recently, they obtained a Master's degree in International Human Resources from Rome Business School in 2019-2020.
