Ryan Libster

Ryan Libster is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for Claude for Work at Anthropic since May 2024, Ryan has also held advisory positions at Scratchpad, UserGems, and Cowboy Ventures, where Ryan contributes expertise in sales and go-to-market strategies. Previously, Ryan led enterprise sales at Persona and served as an Enterprise Sales Leader at Stripe. Additional experience includes management roles at Slack, Dropbox, and Uversity, as well as a brief tenure with UBS, where Ryan advised high-net-worth individuals. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern University and a degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Chicago.
