Anders Refsgaard

Anders Refsgaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water management and groundwater expertise. Anders served as a Business Unit Manager at DHI from 1989 to 2009, following a role as a Groundwater Specialist at Tage Sorensen from 1986 to 1989. From May 2009 to May 2012, Anders worked as a Senior Project Manager in the Water and Geosciences Department at COWI, which is part of the Water and Environment Division. Subsequently, in a role as Project and Market Director, responsibilities included portfolio and department financial management, training and advising project managers, and overseeing large projects. Anders holds a Ph.D. in solute transport in groundwater and a degree in civil engineering with a focus on hydrology, hydrodynamics, and hydraulics from the Technical University of Denmark, as well as a student degree from Rødkilde Gymnasium.
