Anders Rosnes

Anders Rosnes is a passionate and results-driven leader currently serving as the Head of Discipline for Project Management Office & Digitalisation at COWI. They have a proven track record in empowering teams, driving performance improvement, and fostering inclusivity. Anders previously held various positions including Project Engineer and Deputy Project Manager at OneSubsea, where they took charge of significant development projects. They began their career as a Service Employee at Nye Hope Autosenter AS and have since built extensive experience in various operational and project management roles across multiple companies. Anders holds a Master's degree in Management of Projects from The University of Manchester and has pursued additional education in engineering, cross-cultural understanding, and economics.
