John Cutlack is an independent consultant with 37 years of experience in designing long span concrete and steel structures across the UK, North America, the Middle East, and the Far East. They have designed numerous award-winning structures in various sectors, including aviation, bridges, and sports facilities. In addition to ongoing design work, they act as an expert witness, advising on disputes related to structural design and safety. Notably, John was appointed by the Rt Hon Sir John Goldring as an independent engineering expert for the Hillsborough Inquests and has conducted high-profile assessments for projects such as the London 2012 Olympic Stadium and the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium. They hold a BSc(Eng) in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London.
