John Meade

John Meade, P.E. is a Principal Specialist at COWI since January 2024, with extensive experience as a Project Manager at COWI North America since January 2017, focusing on waterfront planning, development, and rehabilitation projects. With a robust ten-year background in structural inspection, planning, design, cost estimating, and resident engineering, John has prepared condition assessment inspection reports for notable clients including the United States Coast Guard and the NYC Economic Development Corporation. Prior to these roles, John held various engineering positions at COWI Marine North America and Ocean and Coastal Consultants, where responsibilities included managing project deliverables, conducting underwater inspections, and developing comprehensive engineering proposals. John earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven in 2007.
