Ritu Kumar

Ritu Kumar currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for COWI, overseeing operations in India, Lithuania, and Poland, as well as Global HR Services and Communication & CSR. With a focus on defining and implementing HR and Talent Strategies to foster growth, Ritu is a key member of the India Leadership Team. Prior to COWI, Ritu held HR management roles at DSM Anti Infectives and Punj Lloyd Limited. Ritu holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth-Pune University and a Bachelor's degree from Hindu College.
