Steven Kramer

Steven Kramer, PE, FASCE has over 35 years of professional experience in the civil engineering industry. Steven currently serves as the Senior Vice President at COWI, where they oversee the growth and development of the transportation and water business across North America. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at AECOM, HNTB, Arcadis US, Inc., Jacobs Engineering, Jason Consultants, American Society of Civil Engineers, and Gas Research Institute. Throughout their career, Kramer has successfully managed various aspects of business development, sales, marketing, project development, and project execution, resulting in significant revenue growth and successful implementation of design and construction projects. Steven'sexpertise lies in tunneling, underground design and construction, trenchless technology, and infrastructure development.

Steven Kramer, PE, FASCE holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Steven also completed a Master's degree in Management from Northwestern University. In addition, they obtained another Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Public Policy from Washington University in St. Louis. Steven Kramer also holds a Certificate in Energy Engineering and Policy from Washington University in St. Louis.
