Vicky Potts is an experienced geotechnical engineer with a robust background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Director and Technical Director at COWI since April 2018, Vicky has previously held significant roles, including Associate Director at Geotechnical Consulting Group and Principal Geotechnical Engineer at Donaldson Associates Ltd. Projects include key contributions to the C300/C410 CROSSRAIL project and seismic hazard assessments for multiple tunnels and structures. Vicky’s experience is further underscored by work as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Ramboll UK and as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Arup, with a strong academic foundation comprising a PhD in Geosynthetic Reinforced Fill from Imperial College London, an MSc in Soil Mechanics and Engineering Seismology from the same institution, and a Mathematics MA from the University of Oxford.
