Neill Bukes has extensive work experience in various industries. Neill is currently working as the Director of New Business at Cox & Co - Scotland since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DJ Alexander- Estate Agents & Property Managers from 2015 to 2021 in the role of New Business Development. Neill also served as a Senior Property Manager & Office Manager at Clouds Property Management from 2008 to 2015. Neill has experience in property management as well, having worked at Grant Property as a Property Manager from 2007 to 2008. Neill also has experience in project management at AKH Associates from 2005 to 2007. Neill started their professional career as a Process Assistant at Fulcrum Connection LLC in 2004 and also worked in data and document management at Cendris in 2003. Neill has a background in customer service as well, having worked at Sky handling escalated complaints in 2002. Neill began their career as an Image Processor and Administrator at Scottish Provident in 2001 before transitioning into the field of draughting as a Draughtsmen at Mark Alston Draughting Services from 2000 to 2001.

Neill Bukes attended Durban Technical College from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Multi-Disciplinary Draughting Office Practice (MDDOP) with a focus on draughtsmen. Prior to that, they attended Pinetown Boys High from 1993 to 1998, although no degree or field of study is specified for their time there.
